Brianna Cisneros

Professional Biography

Brianna Cisneros serves as the Director of Enrichment at San Jose Christian School, where she oversees a dynamic range of extracurricular programs, leads school-wide spirit initiatives, and mentors middle school students through leadership development. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that cultivate personal growth, teamwork, and a strong sense of community.

Working with kids and making a lasting impact on their lives has always been Brianna’s passion. She began her career in pediatrics, spending seven years as a medical assistant, where she loved caring for children and their families. As her son was growing up, she transitioned into early childhood education, earning her credentials to become a preschool teacher. After five years in preschool education, she planned to return to nursing, but God had other plans—opening a door for her to step into Christian education instead.

As the Family Relations Director in her previous role, Brianna discovered the joy of incorporating her faith into her work, engaging students through school activities and teaching Leadership. Now at SJCS, she is excited to bring her experience, passion, and heart for students to the school community.

With a deep-rooted commitment to faith-based education, Brianna partners with students and staff to nurture both academic and spiritual development. She believes in fostering a culture where students are encouraged to grow in confidence, character, and Christ-centered leadership, equipping them with the foundation to impact the world for His glory.

Personal Biography 

Brianna is a lifelong San Jose resident who has always had a heart for faith, family, and community. She met her husband at church, and in 2017, they began their journey as a blended family with three wonderful kids and their beloved one-eyed pug, Lincoln. Their family is committed to building the local church, where they strive to live out what they believe matters most: Loving God and Loving People.

Outside of her work and ministry, Brianna enjoys cheering on the Warriors, spending time at Disneyland, and making memories with her kids. She also loves cooking, dancing, and relaxing at the beach. Whether at home, church, or school, her greatest joy is building relationships and creating meaningful experiences that reflect God’s love.

Christian Philosophy of Education

Brianna firmly believes that the greatest foundation a child can have is a Christian foundation, and she is passionate about helping students build that in a meaningful way. Education should not only equip students with knowledge and skills but also instill Christ-centered leadership, character, and confidence. She sees her role as both an educator and a disciple-maker, recognizing that true learning happens when students are encouraged to grow in their faith alongside their academic pursuits.

She values being in a school where she can pray for students and nurture their faith within a community that truly cares for each child’s well-being. For Brianna, Christ-centered education is a complete education—without Christ, students miss out on the most essential piece of what makes them whole. She is passionate about creating a culture where students feel empowered to lead, strengthened in their identity in Christ, and prepared to impact the world for His glory.
