FACTS Family Portal & Tuition Management
FACTS offers SJCS families a secure way for families to complete and submit enrollment and re-enrollment forms, make payments and view their child's academic progress. It also features a school calendar and announcements so that families can stay up-to-date on school news. Middle school parents and students are encouraged to regularly use the Family Portal to check grades, assignments, attendance, and homework.

Make a Payment
Tuition payments must be set up through FACTS Tuition Management. Families have the option to pay tuition in full for the year (2% discount) or to set up an 11-month payment plan. With the 11-month plan, automatic monthly payments will be withdrawn from your bank account on the 5th of each month.
Additional charges such as fees for Extended Care, Learning Center, School Sports, and Math Tutoring are also billed through FACTS Tuition Management. Automatic payments for these fees can be set up. For assistance, contact the SJCS Business Manager.

Financial Aid
Financial assistance is available to JK-8 families. Families can apply for financial aid for the following school year during re-enrollment through FACTS Tuition Management.
The deadline to apply for financial assistance is May 31.
Re-enrollment
SJCS uses a continuous re-enrollment process. Families must complete re-enrollment packets through the FACTS Family Portal each year. Non-refundable re-enrollment fees will be automatically charged to families by March 31.
More information about re-enrollment will be communicated from the Head of School each spring.
