Opportunities for Homeschool Students
Middle School is a time of discovery! Give your child the chance to explore new passions, build lasting friendships, and thrive in a structured team environment through our Homeschool Enrichment Program.
Available opportunities for homeschool students:
- Athletics | Practice M-Th from 3:15-4:45pm during each 6-8 week season
- 5th Grade Band | M, Tu, F from 8:45-9:30am
- 6th-8th Grade Concert Band | M, Tu, Th, F from 8-8:40am
- 6th-8th Grade Electives | M, W, F from 2:15-3pm
Middle School elective courses rotate based on interest and teacher availability. Previous elective courses have included: Art, theater, language, academic skills, coding, and more. Inquire when you apply for this year's elective courses. Current sports include flag football, cross country, softball, basketball, volleyball, and soccer.

To participate in Band or Athletics, please also complete the appropriate physical forms, contracts, and agreements found on our Handbooks & Forms page.
Additional Requirements
SJCS is a Christian school for Christian families. We ask that families applying for our Homeschool Enrichment Program agree to our Statement of Faith and complete all faith questions in the new student application. Families will also be asked to provide a reference for their faith journey, which can be completed by a pastor, church leader, Bible study leader, or faith mentor.

Homeschool Program Disclaimer
This program is open to 5th-8th grade homeschool students in our local area. All enrichment opportunities and elective courses are not open to distance or remote learning. SJCS will not fulfill PSP (Private School Satellite Program) requirements with non-academic, enrichment offerings.
