I am blessed to be part of San Jose Christian School. I have been a certified Montessori teacher since 2008 and am currently working towards a BA in Early Childhood Education. For the past 13 years, I’ve been working with preschool children with an emphasis on the development of the “whole person” by cultivating the child’s desire to learn, spiritual development, to explore, to share, and collaborate.
I was born and raised in Xalapa Veracruz Mexico. I was blessed to move to the United States in 1991 when I married my wonderful husband, Martin. God has blessed us with four incredible children who had the opportunity to attend San Jose Christian. Our oldest son is a senior at UC Berkeley, our second son is ready to start college, and our daughters are in high school. We enjoy family activities and spend a lot of time traveling and watching our youngest daughter playing competitive soccer.
Christian Philosophy of Education
Through God’s love, I’ve realized that each child is unique with a divine purpose and destiny. As a Christian educator my goal is to nurture and cultivate your child’s faith to rely on God.
“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.” – GALATIANS 5:22, 23
